The Washington Association for Infant Mental Health is excited to announce that we are HIRING:
Data Collector/Analyst: Collect agency and statewide datasets as well as collect and process qualitative data from stakeholder engagement activities as part of our Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Landscape Analysis project.
Endorsement Coordinator: Support members pursuing Infant Mental Health Endorsement through education and technical assistance, portfolio support and reviews. Manage database and help us grow the number of professionals in Washington State growing their skills in infant/early childhood social emotional development and relational health.

ChildStrive is hiring a Counselor. The Counselor role provides support, education and coaching to families regarding early child development and the special needs of their child which requires extensive knowledge of early childhood development.  Provides counseling services to families that may include group, individual, parent – child dyadic and couples counseling using evidence-based counseling practices.

Northwest Center is hiring an Infant Mental Health Specialist  to support early intervention and its new IMPACT team.

Illinois MIECHV is hiring two exciting new positions located at the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood Development (GOECD) in Chicago.

PSC-19-054     MIECHV Assistant Project Director:

Assists the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Development Visiting (MIECHV) Project Director in the design, implementation and evaluation of the MIECHV program and the preparation of federal reports and grants.  Supervises the MIECHV Manager of Budgets and Contracts and the Manger of Quality Assurance and Compliance.  Provides direction, training and support to staff as required.  Establishes priorities among assignments, times of completion and ensures the quantity and quality of work products and services.  Oversees the development and implement of policies and procedures to ensure the goals of the MIECHV grant are met.  Organizes, plans, executes, controls and evaluates the operations of the MIECHV Program.  Plans for the effective efficient utilization of program resources and organizes activities to ensure that the goals and objectives of the MIECHV grant are achieved.

PSC 19-053       MIECHV Manager Strategic Planning

Plan and facilitate the strategic and long-term goals of the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Grant (MIECHV).  Provide up-to-date strategic research and information to the leadership of GOECD and home visiting such as outcome performance, innovations and emerging trends from various internal and external sources to develop strategic options.  Advise MIECHV pilot projects, Coordinated Intake, and other initiatives to satisfy the described projects goals and objectives and ensure alignment with the strategic plan.  Broker collaborative partnerships across varied constituencies, including community providers, external collaborators and public and private partners.  Provide recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, viability of external partnerships, and internal process improvement.
