Endorsement Applicant Starter Kit

Welcome new Endorsement Candidate! Here are the things you need to get started:

Your Infant Mental Health Professional portfolio building will take place in EASy (Endorsement Application System). Your EASy account login will be emailed 7-10 days after your registration has been reviewed by staff. 


Learn how to navigate the system and begin inputting your education, experiences, and trainings with these EASy Instructions.

Along the way, refer to your section of the Competency Guidelines to ensure that your portfolio highlights your experience and skills across the required competencies. 

Through this process, you may find that there is a competency that you could use further support in building. Our Endorsement Coordinators can help you find trainings or other opportunities to support your professional development. 

As part of your application, you will be asked to submit Reference Rating Forms from supervisors and colleagues who can speak to your skills.  We recommend applicants review the sample rating with their references to ensure you are both familiar with the items you will be rated on. It can also be helpful to review this form ahead of time to both consider who would be best to ask to be a reference and to reflect on if there are additional skills to build. Note: Reference ratings will expire after one year, so be sure to enter your reference information when you are close to completing your application. 

Please be sure to send an email to your endorsement coordinator to let us know when you believe your application is completed, as it is important that we conduct an advisory review before you formally submit and pay the processing fee.
