About
Olivia obtained a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University after completing her undergraduate degrees in Psychology, Family & Child Science, and Counseling & Education Psychology. Olivia has worked as a member on a sexual assault and family trauma team which primarily served children and refugees. Since graduating, she became the Couple and Family Lead therapist at her agency, Catholic Charities Community Behavioral Health Services. Currently, Olivia is serving as the WISe Director at Rising Strong. This program was created to reunify families struggling with homelessness, substance abuse disorders, and active DCYF involvement. Her primary role there is to supervise Care Coordinators and Peers, lead family groups on parenting and healthy relationships, and assist the program with developmentally appropriate advocacy and trauma-informed care. She also provides clinical services to the families as they work toward recovery and reunification.
