Membership

Welcome!

We invite everyone who works with or on behalf of infants, young children and their families to become a member of WA-AIMH.  When you join WA-AIMH, you join a statewide community of professionals who are deeply committed to the healthy social and emotional development and well-being of infants, young children, and their families and caregivers. Whether you are a child care provider, therapist, social worker, home visitor, nurse, pediatrician, or speech pathologist, WA-AIMH provides you with high quality professional development opportunities, a pathway to Infant Mental Health Endorsement, and opportunities to share and learn from others in Washington’s infant and early childhood community.

Membership Benefits

  • Early and discounted registration for introductory, advanced, and special topic trainings.

Support in working toward or maintaining the active status of your Infant Mental Health Endorsement. WA-AIMH is the only organization in the state to offer this credential which recognizes your professional experience and expertise in the field of infant mental health.

  • Access to our e-newsletter with information on upcoming trainings and events, as well as news of interest to the infant and early childhood community. Members have the opportunity to submit articles for review and possible inclusion in our e-newsletter.

  • Opportunities to share your expertise and experience as an RSC consultant and/or trainer by working with us on special projects.

  • Membership to our Facebook group and LinkedIn page to help you stay current in the field and connect with others.

  • Opportunities to network with others in the state, around the US, and the world who want to ensure that every child has the optimal environment in which to grow and succeed.
