Lou is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Infant Mental Health Level IV-C Clinical Mentor in Washington State.  With training in evidenced based and promising practices, Lou has worked to support children and families from the earliest days of life.  Lou has worked to expand IMH services through clinical practice, intentional partnerships, supervision, training and program development.  She is passionate about supporting other clinicians to expand knowledge and expertise in the IMH community to increase access and grow relationships across the state.
